We thought it was going to be the tracks because we were told by Cash, that anything horizontal would be tracked. We thought everything would be tracked - so I wouldn't have to have everything stained. I am not trying to be nasty, but I don't want to have to paint the stain for the next 20 years of my life. We thought what was holding the metal posts going vertically would be mounted into the tracks. We would like to have the choice to decline or accept it. On the other hand, we are so pleased with the work they did.
Prince William Home Improvement was a quality company to work for and I feel like our deck will last us many decades. I believe they will back up their products and their workmanship. If I have any troubles I can call them and they will see to the issue. But the deck was done so well, I don't foresee any problems arising.
